  The fact that I had to pay extra to correct a mistake on THEIR end is the disappointing part. Just shows a lack of concern for their customer experience and their level of serivce.

  Don't bother with TBSM online. Every time I've ordered a part online they tell me it's in stock but it isn't. I then have to wait 3-4 weeks for them to order it from the distributor and send to me. The amazing thing is how readily they lie. The second time I went to order an item I even checked with them first to make sure it was in stock! I got an email to say yes the item I was after was in stock so I asked them to hold it and ordered it less than an hour later. After waiting a week and still no sign of delivery I called to hear the same old excuse - oh yes sorry your item sold before we got your order. Yeah right. Seriously these guys are a good example of how bad some AUS online retailers can be.

  Great range of bike parts and friendly staff but $90 for a service and all they did was clean a squeaky brake pad (which is still squeaky). Didn't clean the chains or even see that the front wheel rotates wrong. Would not service with them again.
