  Not sure where the bad customer service ratings have come from but every time I've gone in there I've always been approached by staff and asked if I needed help. Probably people begging to have their hand held in every shop they go to.

  Working in customer service myself, I felt like a intruder in the shop. After been walked away from by multiple staff members I finally cornered a staff member to help me with a purchase, all completed reluctantly. The staff have zero customer service ability unlike their shop which was packed with gear. Better service from McDonalds!

  I went there to get some things for my husband. Customer service was lacking and I really felt like I was an annoyance to them at the time. I had brought stuff online and that was great. My husband went in there 2 weeks later and got the same experience. He wanted some knowledge on how to do something and was brushed off an idiot who didn't know anything. That was by the manager too

  Very poor service also have attitude problem, even use "F" word. Insist me to pay before a test ride. After I paid, doesn't allow me borrow any helmet for test ride. Don't ever come to this shop.
